Terms of Service

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and XynLink for using the XynLink service. By creating an account or using a XynLink page, you accept them. Questions: support@xynlink.com.

What XynLink is

XynLink is a link-in-bio page service. You get up to five pages — each with its own display name, bio, photo, and links — at short addresses (xynlink.com/x/yourname) that you can share anywhere. Your account includes tools to edit your pages, choose how your page and editor are arranged, see simple view and click statistics, collect contacts, take bookings or appointments, sell digital products and courses, create unlimited short links, add supported embeds and product cards, and download a QR code for each page.

Your account

You are responsible for your login and for everything that happens under your account — keep your password to yourself. Each page gets its own handle, claimed first-come, first-served (up to five pages per account). We may reclaim a handle that is used to impersonate someone else, that infringes a trademark, that is being squatted on in bad faith, or that breaks these terms.

If you buy a digital product or course as a guest, the email and password you enter at checkout are used to create or link an account when the purchase is fulfilled, so you can reach what you bought.

Subscriptions and billing

XynLink costs $8 per month or $79 per year, billed through PayPal or, when you choose card checkout, by card through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time — in your PayPal account if you pay through PayPal, through the card billing portal if you pay by card, or by emailing support@xynlink.com — your page stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the subscription simply ends. Prices may change; if they do, we will give notice before your next renewal, and the new price will apply from that renewal onward. A processing fee is added at checkout to cover payment processing costs — it is shown before you pay, renews with your plan, and, like the subscription itself, is non-refundable.

No refunds

All sales are final. Because XynLink is a digital service that is delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds on subscriptions or any digital items — including store downloads and courses, partial periods, unused time, or renewal charges where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

Referral commissions & your wallet

When someone joins XynLink through your referral link and becomes a paying customer, you earn a commission of 20% of each payment they make (the first payment and each renewal, while they stay subscribed), and the member who referred you earns 5% of those same payments. Commissions are percentages of payments that actually complete; they are not a promise of income. Earnings from referrals and from store sales share one wallet balance. At your own renewal, your balance automatically covers extra time on your plan; once your available balance reaches $25 you may instead request a cash-out to your PayPal account. Balances cannot be transferred or sold to another person. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals earn nothing and void any commissions involved.

Bookings and appointments

If you turn on bookings (called Appointments on some page layouts), you set the services, times, and timezone you offer. A visitor request is not confirmed until you confirm it; while a request is pending, it holds the time slot so the same time is not promised twice. You are responsible for your own services, descriptions, prices, availability, messages to visitors, and for honoring, changing, or declining requests lawfully and as promised. XynLink provides the booking tool only — the appointment or service agreement is between the page owner and the visitor, and XynLink is not a party to it.

Selling on XynLink

You may sell digital products and courses from your page. Buyers pay through the platform's PayPal checkout. You are responsible for your products and courses: what they are, how they are described, the price, your right to sell them, delivery accuracy, and helping your own buyers with what you sold. Product files are stored off the public web and are delivered to buyers through signed, expiring download links or course access after a completed purchase. If a platform fee is set for the store, it is shown in your Store area and is taken before seller and resale splits.

If you turn on affiliate resale for a product, you choose the resale commission (1–90%). Other members may then share or pin that product; you still fulfill every order, and the reseller's commission is posted only when a purchase actually completes. You cannot earn a resale commission on your own product or on your own purchase.

Store and resale earnings are paid out manually. Cash-out requests are sent by PayPal after review, and we may ask for identity or tax information where the law requires it before a payout is made.

Links, short links, embeds, and tracking

Your page links can be ordinary links, section headers, embedded players from supported services, or product cards. Short links (xynlink.com/s/…) are account-level, separate from your page links, and are not counted toward the page-link cap.

If your plan and page settings allow it, you may add a Meta Pixel ID, a Google Analytics (GA4) measurement ID, and embeds from supported services. You are responsible for the IDs, embeds, and third-party content you add, for having the right to use them, and for any notices or consents your own use of them requires. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable use

Your page and your links must stay on the right side of the rules. No illegal content, no spam, no impersonation, no hate speech or harassment, and no links to malware or scams. Do not use a link, short link, embed, product card, or resale link to hide its real destination, trick visitors, phish, or mislead anyone about what they are getting. If you promote affiliate, resale, or other commission links — on XynLink or anywhere else — keep any required commission disclosure visible and follow the advertising and consumer-protection rules that apply to you. XynLink's own affiliate product cards carry a disclosure line; do not remove or obscure disclosures we display. We may suspend or remove any page, link, product, or account that breaks these rules, and accounts that do may be closed without a refund.

Your content

What you post on your page — your name, bio, photo, links, thumbnails, product descriptions, files, and course lessons — stays yours. You keep full ownership of it. You give us only the license we need to display it as your page, deliver it to buyers and visitors as you direct, and run the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you post, upload, embed, or sell.

The service, as is

XynLink is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it up and running, but we do not guarantee the service will always be available or error-free, and features may grow, change, or be retired as the product evolves.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with XynLink is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use XynLink after a change means you accept the updated terms.
